Please join us for our annual meeting at Howard County’s Elkridge Branch Library (6540 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075) featuring guest speaker Michael O’Connor, P.E., M.ASCE on “Benjamin Henry Latrobe II and the Thomas Viaduct”. The meeting is open to everyone, although only members may vote on candidates for election to the PHG board.
